Thanks for your comment on my Sparkpage. The best advice I can give you is to actually follow the spark diet and all the steps. I've been on SP since 2006 and have always just used the tracker for a couple weeks to start off my own diet and eventually gained the weight back or didn't really lose much at all. I started just over 7 months ago and decided I was going to do everything they told me to do...all the fast break goals and steps and everything. So far I've lost 51 lbs. Its slowed quite a bit now but that's pretty natural.
