Getting Back in the Saddle!

I have always been overweight- active, but still overweight. This past spring I bought a horse (I have had a passion for riding for as long as I can remember) And on Fathers Day of this year I fell of and fractured my L1 vertebrae. I have healed very well- however in the process of having 5 months off I have packed on additional pounds- I am currently weight the most I ever have. I have been trying to get back on track- but it seems to be even harder this time to stick to a health eating ...

My Goals:
1) to be able to fit into regular size clothing (no more plus size)
2) to be comfortable in a bathing suit
3) be healthy
4) to regain my self-confidence
5) look the sexy on the outside that I feel on the inside!

My Program:
10 000 steps a day
eating more freggies
cutting down on chocolate and other high sugar items

Just stopped by to say hi!

I also had a back injury and I've had 2 back surgeries, I've been off work and most activity for almost 6 months. I also gained a significant amount of weight during this time. Now I'm on my way to recovering and losing weight again.
