My Goal

Hi my name is Amalia.....im 26 years old ..i have two boys one is 6 and one is 2!! They alone make my life perfect...except for the extra pounds that are holding me back...i have tried many times to go on a diet (many,many) but i have no success, mainly cus i never stuck to it but know i feel like this time its for real...I have tried spark people before but really didn't get into it...So after being diagnosed with Gestational diabities...i did get on a diet which i only gained 18 pounds with ...

They alone make my life perfect...except for the extra pounds that are holding me back...i have tried many times to go on a diet (many,many) but i have no success, mainly cus i never stuck to it but know i feel like this time its for real...I have tried spark people before but really didn't get into it...So after being diagnosed with Gestational diabities...i did get on a diet which i only gained 18 pounds with my pregnancy..yey...but after that everything went down hill no more diet...im up to 170 and i want to get to 140 which would be great for me. I know i can do it i just have to have motivation, I also started going to the gym and also on ACE so hopefully 2014 is my year!!:)

My Goals:
I WANT TO FIT INTO A SIZE 7-9 JEANS AGAIN I GAINED 35 POUND WHEN I GOT PREGNANT AND NEED TO BURN THEM OFF ASAP...i want to be more active to keep up with my three year old and i want to look good for my hubby...even though he doesnt care i know that i could look better.

My Program:
WALK OR EXERSICE 30-45 MIN DAILY COUNT MY CALORIES ...MORE WATER NO MORE SODA OR SWEETS. BRING HOME MADE LUNCH AS MUCH AS POSIBLE... make healthier choices and being a mexican that has home cooked meals every day this is gonna be hard...i love home made tortillas.....,

Personal Information:
I leave Texas in a very small town...i love it here..except for the heat.

Other Information:
I am a very romantic girl i love love stories(my fav. is THE note book by nicolas sparks...hes awesome)....i love the out doors and to spend time with the family.

Yes, I TOTALLY understand what you mean about the stress derailing your efforts and progress! But I'm so happy to know that you don't give up and that you keep going, amiga!! We can do it! Zumba is a GREAT way to relieve stress and have fun at the same time! emoticon

Thanks for stopping by my sparkpage, I love hearing from my friends!
You are gorgeous! I hope to be what you weigh one day soon, slowly coming off of me. Of course we all have our goals and one day I will be at the same goal weight as you. WE can do it!
Little ones can keep you very busy and not leave a lot of extra time for exercise. So incorporate your exercise with thier play.
Use your kids in place of weights to do arm exercises and when doing squats. It is so important to be able to move ( more than we do now). They will laugh and love Mommy's play time and you will benefit.
If you can limit your wheat, I find that helps alot. Even limiting your grains and increasing your protien and veggies helps.
You can do it!
