I WANT TO FIT INTO A SIZE 7-9 JEANS AGAIN I GAINED 35 POUND WHEN I GOT PREGNANT AND NEED TO BURN THEM OFF ASAP...i want to be more active to keep up with my three year old and i want to look good for my hubby...even though he doesnt care i know that i could look better.
WALK OR EXERSICE 30-45 MIN DAILY COUNT MY CALORIES ...MORE WATER NO MORE SODA OR SWEETS. BRING HOME MADE LUNCH AS MUCH AS POSIBLE... make healthier choices and being a mexican that has home cooked meals every day this is gonna be hard...i love home made tortillas.....,

Hi Amalia! Thanks for stopping by my sparkpage, I love hearing from my friends! You are gorgeous! I hope to be what you weigh one day soon, slowly coming off of me. Of course we all have our goals and one day I will be at the same goal weight as you. WE can do it! Little ones can keep you very busy and not leave a lot of extra time for exercise. So incorporate your exercise with thier play. Use your kids in place of weights to do arm exercises and when doing squats. It is so important to be able to move ( more than we do now). They will laugh and love Mommy's play time and you will benefit. If you can limit your wheat, I find that helps alot. Even limiting your grains and increasing your protien and veggies helps.
