I finished the Denver Marathon back in October and I am doing a half Marathon in April!!! I am my own worst enemy. Every time I get within five pounds of my cool I gain ALL the weight back. Am I afraid to get what I want or is grad school getting the best of me?? Well I have ADMITTED IT, so my BIGGEST goal is to no longer be my own worst enemy, but my best friend.

I've decided to try this reward system thing that I've seen work for others! I want to drop 8% body fat, so a reward for every %!

1%: New sweat suit from Victoria's Secret and New Jeans
2%: hot outfit for Joe and my engagement shoot
3%: New cooking stuff
4%: a pretty ring
5%: New workout items (running shoes.. bras.. whatever I am in need of!)
6%: go on a trip (in CO)
7%: facial
8%: Silver Jeans

Fitness Minutes: 15,241

My Goals:
-Run the PGH Marathon in under 5 hours.
-Eat Clean as many meals as possible, more than not.
-Make no excuses
-Put snacks in bags that contain one serving.
-Plan the weeks meals at the beginning of each week
-Eat out 1-2x a month only! Put money I want to spend at fast food places in my savings instead
-Drop One Pants Size By 1/31
-When I do eat out only eat a regular portion and not ALL of the food.

Monday: Pilates + Short Run
Tuesday: Upper Body + HIIT
Wednesday: Hill Run + Yoga
Thursday: Lower Body + HIIT
Friday: Easy Run + Abs
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: Long Run + Yoga
Nutrition:
I am doing the South Beach diet to help support my mom who is also doing it!



Personal Information:
I am from Pittsburgh, PA, but am currently living in Denver, CO for grad school. Hopefully I finish my thesis this year, get my M.A., be accepted into a PhD program and have a little time with no stress!!

Completed Goals:
1. Finished the Denver Marathon.
2. Reach 130s by July 19, 2010
3. Successfully complete South Beach Phase 1 starting 11/26 & I lost 6 lbs! woo.
