!!WARNING!! ~ Lifestyle Change In Progress ~ !!WARNING!!

I am working hard to change my life, not just my body. This obviously is a work in progress as I have much to learn and even more to do.

I am looking for as many friends as I can find right now at SparkPeople to help keep me motivated and on track. Finding friends that I can help in return is equally as important to me.

Helping others is perhaps the most rewarding thing there is, to me anyway.

My Program:
I am eating much healthier foods, and improving until I find the perfect balance. I am working out almost daily. I do at least 3 full body workouts with 35 minutes of cardio a week, and the other days as much cardio as I can handle. I am tracking my calories and workout to view progress and see areas that need improvement.

You might like to consider reading Judith Beck's "The Diet Solution" -- to get started! She has a two week "getting started" phase and the whole program is six weeks -- it's based on techniques of cognitive psychology to get us thinking like a thin person. I found it very useful indeed!

It was good to hear from you!!! You have been so busy!! It's going to seem weird for you to be laid off. You made so many changes in the last couple of years. What do you think about living in the southwest now?

I'm hanging in there. Hoping to get back on plan soon and get real. LOL.
