2013 will be MY year!

When is the last time you looked in the mirror and said DAMN!!! When is the last time I didn't!!! Before I thought that I lacked motivation when the truth is that I lacked confidence. I was afraid to start and I was afraid to stick to something that I believed I'd eventually fail. Well not anymore!!! And it's not even that failure is not an option, it's because success is an absolute possibility.

Record food everyday.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day between 2200-2600 calories.

Drink 10 glasses of water a day.

Do strength training 3x a week.

Do cardio 7x a week.
