My Goals:
Primary goal- Lose 99 pounds and be at 193lbs./19% body fat Adopt a healthy eating and active lifestyle with consistent excercise. Take part in more physical activities. Become an active participant in life.
My Program:
Record food everyday. Eat 5-6 small meals a day between 2200-2600 calories. Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Do strength training 3x a week. Do cardio 7x a week.
