Way to go Getting Low!!
Hi, this is my first page ever, so here goes. I'm 50, yup, I made it!! Need to let about 70 pounds go. I'm an artist (not starving cause I have a job) I run a group home for 6 disabled men, it's the one place I can go where 6 men are happy to see me! I love to laugh, read, camp and hike (when I'm thinner!) Guess that's about it for now.

My Goals:
I am looking forward to letting 70+ pounds drop off and go far, far away : ) I enjoy meeting new people and really think this place is exciting for folks who need to lose wieght.
My Program:
Drinking more water, getting in more excercise (I don't normally use bad words like that) swimming and walking. Mostly I dog paddle, float and move my limbs under water, I've heard that helps anyway. Oh ya, eatting less food and healthier food than I was
Personal Information:
I was born in NH, moved to AZ about 30 years ago and have lived here since. I'm an artist, guess I should post a few pieces in the gallery. Reiki master/RET tec, one of those "New Agers" collect gem stone, rocks. On one of my 1st dates with my husband we where mountain biking and I was picking up rocks, he said, you are not putting that on my bike!! I managed to get it back myself. He is more willing to help me now. I bet this is more than I was expected to write, oh well...
Other Information:
I live in my own little world, it's alright, they know me there.
