My Personal Wonderland

Stronger.

More confident.

Able to do what I want, when I want, for as long as I want.

I am building a foundation of strength and fitness; I'm making a lifestyle change. I have made some progress, and for the first time truly feel "Sparked."

I think I finally believe it.

My goals have changed (why not shoot for "normal"?) and my methods have changed (no more running) but my motivation is the same: I want to play with my kids. I ...

Life changes, so does the program.

Working out before lunch at work daily, getting in as much play with the kids as possible on weekends.

Just stopping by to say to say "hi". I hope things are going well for you.
I have lost 26 pounds so far. I haven't eaten to well this weekend. I need to get back on track. I am still struggling to get the exercise in as a regular part of life
