10 minutes a day faithfully can make HUGE results. I too have to some exercises I have to do for physical therapy. Its how I got into yoga. I wanted to do yoga about a year ago but some in my circle said how bad it was so I stayed away. At physical therapy I was ordered to go "Or be old before your time". LOL!! I've found a Christian yoga teacher. WOO HOO!!!

Hi, I saw your introduction on THE SPARK private team. I can certainly relate to insufficient time to take care of my health needs so I understand what you are up against, of course you have me beat since you are also working on a Masters. I am trying to focus on my fitness but getting back to a workout routine, starting out by doing 10 minute spurts on the treadmill ---20 0r 30 seems hard to fit in, so I break in up over 2 -3 phases throughout the day. Since I've been on spark for 2 years, I've learned that every little change does make a difference, we just have to take baby steps to get to our goal.
