I am WORTH it.

I definitely think you should do that workout. It is what I think of as an "easing back in" workout. Something short and simple that feels totally doable and not overwhelming, just to get you used to moving again. My other favorite "easing back in" workout is a Bodyrock called Just Do It or some such, it's just 10 pushups and 10 squats, AMRAP in 12 minutes. I like that one because I feel like I can always do well, even if I have been sick/lazy and it always makes me sore too :)
