Hello and Good Day to everybody! My name's Alyssa and I'm a university student in Toronto. I am losing weight and am looking for some people to talk to that are on here as well. I kind of always thought I'm just a person that will never be good in anything or well, will never get anything done, but I ended up having a high IQ and obviously, no free time. I don't like to waste my time, but I do like to have fun. I am full of energy and I dream to some day be an inspiration to others. In a good way of course. Well...we'll see about that ^^_

My Goals:
Well, my number one goal here is to of course LOSE WEIGHT and get it going with boys.
Oh and get healthy and STAY healthy and thin!!!
My Program:
1. Exercise EVERY DAY - and hour and a half each day, plus 15 min walking and swimming occasionally.
2. Small portions of healthy raw food (not meats, of course) - 5 times a day to kill the hunger yet get nutrition and food that's 'just enough'.
3. 2 Litres of water every day
4. Everyday reading/tests/analysis as brain food
5. Oolong tea and green tea

Other Information:
What would I like to tell people? Just to...well, ALWAYS stay motivated and KNOW that you CAN reach your goals!!! No matter HOW far they are and HOW hard it is to get them!!!
I PROMISE you that I'll reach MY goal in less than a year and be an inspiration to anyone else on the same track!
