My Goals:
My goals are just to be normal weight for my size im 5 ft and way overweight. I want to be able to interact with my daughter with out getting worn out.

My Program:
Right now I am trying to see what works best for me walking seems to be easy for me. Also i am trying to change my eating habits I am now more aware of being healthy.

Personal Information:
I am from carmichael california but was raised in washington. I currently live in Spokane and i will probably stay here for awhile I have been here for about 10 years already.

Other Information:
If you tell me I don't know how I will learn how. You tell me I can't I'll show you I can. If you tell me I'm wrong I'll prove me right.

Thanks sso much for the comment on my blog! From what you said in it, we do seem to be alot alike. I don't know if it's trust issues for me. More like, I have always been picked on because I have always been the biggest girl/person in the class.. not only in weight. Up until aound grade 10 I was the tallest, including all the boys. So I obviously was an easy target to pick on. I think it really truly is a defense mechanism, and everyone uses it for different reasons.
I really hope you can overcome your trust issues with your fiancee, although if he has cheated on you, he prob isn`t worth it (Just my two cents) Know tht you are worth everything you want in this world, and you can achieve everything!!!!
Your daughter is gorgeous in your picture by the way. You are so lucky to have her in your life. I`m sure she is a great motivation for you to get your butt in gear and get out there. Walking with her is a great workout! I love walking too, it doesn`t feel like you are actuaally doing anything, which is super nice LOL.

Hello Alysia, thank you for your comment on my blog!! I don't know if your beautiful daughter walks already, but I remember that when my two children started walking, I started to run after them a lot more!! Call that exercise!!!!!! emoticon
