My Goals:
My goals are just to be normal weight for my size im 5 ft and way overweight. I want to be able to interact with my daughter with out getting worn out.

My Program:
Right now I am trying to see what works best for me walking seems to be easy for me. Also i am trying to change my eating habits I am now more aware of being healthy.

Personal Information:
I am from carmichael california but was raised in washington. I currently live in Spokane and i will probably stay here for awhile I have been here for about 10 years already.

Other Information:
If you tell me I don't know how I will learn how. You tell me I can't I'll show you I can. If you tell me I'm wrong I'll prove me right.

Hey! glad my blog helped...sounds like we both have pretty busy schedules but if we just plan exercise time ahead and stay consistent with it I knwo we can reach our goals! your daughter is so cute, happy early bday to her too :)

Beautiful child. Congratulations on getting a dog. Thanks for commenting on my blog. I wore the pedimeter the gym gave me all day. This mornings walk was over 6,000 steps. The remaining steps were from grocery shopping, and going to the library, etc. Tomorrow I will wear the pedimeter before and after swimming while doing chores. My friend with congestive heart failure was told by a nurse that doing things around the house counts as exercise.

Low impact aerobics is 142 steps per minute for females. Climbing upstairs is 212 steps per minute for women.
