My Goals:
I just want to enjoy being me! Long term goals are intimidating to me.. so my main focus is just to live my life for today, forget about yesterday and not worry about tomorrow!

My Program:
Water Water and more Water! :) I drink two Body by Vi shakes per day (one for breakfast and one for lunch) while snacking on healthy snacks all throughout the day then I have a sensible meal for dinner with the hubs always consisting of a protein, a carb and lots and lots of veggies!
Every morning before work I try to do at least 30min of cardio and a brief 30min at home work out.
The other stuff really just depends on the day.
The following in a rundown of a typical week for me.
**Sun: Church and rest! :)
**Mon: 60min Zumba class or Bootcamp of some sort
**Tues: 30min PT session with my trainer and 30-45min cardio
**Wed: 30min PT session with my trainer and 60min Kickboxing class
**Thurs: 60min Zumba class or Bootcamp of some sort
**Fri: 30min PT session with my trainer and 30-45min cardio
**Sat: 60min Zumba toning class

Other Information:
I am always looking to meet new people that know what I am going through! Its so hard to stay on track when you are surrounded by people who are thin and can eat what they want and do what they want and it just doesnt matter! Welcome to the 100+ Pounds in 1 Year team. I have lost my first 100 pounds and am 42 into my second 100. I recently got under 300 for the first time in over 20 years. We can do this together!
