Try...Try again..

I joined SP in 2008--with the information I gained here and my own theories I was able to lose 20lbs and keep it off a year (Photo to the left).

Now in 2010 I gained back 12 of those pounds to a leg injury. I currently want to drop over 40lbs. I joined a new gym here in this lovely state of NJ that I moved to temporarily...I miss home, my family, my friends...and my old gym. I figure since I have no friends here I can just spend my free time working out and focusing on eating ...

Thanks so much for the comment on my SP blog. It does take time to build up a readership, but it'll get there. I'm subscribed to your "35 Days At A Time" blog and am enjoying it. I also subscribed to your other blog that you had a long time back and I enjoyed that one as well. emoticon

And I'll have to look into entrcard tomorrow. I'll make a note of it and do that tomorrow.

Thanks for the quick response. I found a link to the right fit 4 u walking group, link but it couldn't be found by google. When I clicked on it on the Spark America Tampa team fitness page, it gave your name under the article, so I came to your page. I appreciate the info you did give me, but I have been looking for a walking group for over a year now with no luck. I'm not very computer savy so that may have something to so with it. I'll keep looking, and thank you again. You have a great evening filled with positve choices.
