Hey pretty lady. Thanks for the friend add. I LOVE meeting wonderful new people here. I agree with our BikiniBlonde buddy about setting a date! Great motivation to get fit and you can make things official with the love of your life(win-win!). I was a major chubster at my wedding but plan to do what BB recommended. We will have a vow renewal for our 10th anniversary or so, where we will both be healthy and then our kids (only one now) can experience it with us.

I lack motivation a lot and this time around, I'm trying a slower approach. So I'm still allowing myself to have "bad" foods, just a lot less of them. For instance, bought a delicious peanut butter frosted cake single serving yesterday (since it looked so rich and delicious at the grocery store bakery) and only ate half of it, saving the other half for another day. I'm also finding substituting useful. LOVE the chobani yogurts with the mix-ins, (used to hate yogurt and never ate it) I freeze it for 45 min and feel like I'm eating ice cream!!! I have a huge sweet tooth if you can't tell. The biggest difference I've noticed this time around is the tracking on Spark and the connections with people. Even if you start at 2000 to 2200 calories a day, you can SLOWLY whittle that down 100-200 calories a week until you feel you're at a good calorie range. Also, even when you don't want to, log in to Spark every day. If you need help, just ask me lady! You are SO beautiful and I know how you feel.
