Hi, My name is Alya and I am a mother of three, two and half year old twins boy and girl and an 18 month old girl and am currently pursuing a BA in early childhood. I have always battle with my weight all my life and for the past two months i have been trying to gain control. My goal is so lose weight and finally feel good about my self. i want to be around for my children and i am tired i feeling like i dont have control so here is to get healthy :)
