My Goals:
My main goal is to lose weight and become healthier. I want to be able to keep up with my son. I want to be able to shop for clothes and be able to fit into the 'cute' stuff.
My Program:
I've tried everything. Now I'm trying the "I Can Make You Thin" approach of non-dieting. You eat what you want when you're hungry, but stop when you're full. There are motivational and other techniques as well I'll talk about in my blog.
