Hi Jo,

saw your post on Gloria's team where you said you would need to get a new laptop as your own is playing up. Mine was too and I had it serviced. Oddly enough the antivirus, which I have had for years, suddenly began barring me access at the log-on stage. I couldn't even start the darn computer. The tech replaced it with another and solved all my problems. Have you tried System Restore? You need to chose a date sometime BEFORE it began playing up.
