Seeking a more positive outlook.
I have decided that weight loss is not my only goal. My main goal is to be more healthy overall, and I hope the weight loss will follow as a result. I want to feel better about myself and to avoid the negative selftalk. I would like to return to the weight I was before starting graduate school. I'm adopting a clean eating lifestyle (or at least 80-90% of the time) and incorporating more yoga along with my cardio.

My Goals:
To lose the 10 pounds I gained while in graduate school and maintain a healthy and happy weight. To gain healthier eating habits. To learn how to fuel myself properly for health and happiness. To learn to love myself, no matter what! :)
My Program:
Current Program: Yoga everyday for 30 Days. Running 2 - 3 times a week. ZWOW at least once a week. Food: Following a mostly clean eating diet, eating 5-6 times a day with smaller portions with no more than 1700 calories daily. Increasing my fruit and vegetable intake significantly (so I can eat more and feel satiated).
