Currently, I am limiting my caloric intake to 400 calories every 4 hours, 3-4 times a day. I just started last week walking 30 minutes on my lunch hour, everyday. I snack on healthy snacks between meals and I am drinking 8 glasses of water per day. My weight loss is doing pretty good. My only problem is the week end. I don't have enough distractions to keep me away from food. I make healthy choices buy I would like to cut out the extra eating over the week end.
I live in Prince Georges County, Maryland. I would like to meet up with other Sparkpeople to get more involved in some physical activities.
I would like to start riding my bike again. I am looking for some type of "beginner" bike club to join.
