Trying to stay motivated!

It's been along time since I have been on here. I used to work 5-6 12 hour shifts. I have since left one job & only work one now :) My biggest fault is being to dedicated to the job and not to myself :(

So I'm trying to set some new goals... The 3 days I work, I must committ to at least 20 minutes of exercise. On my days off, at least 1 hour of exercise even if I have to do 30 minutes 2x a day. I have changed my backgound picture to remind myself that it is possible!

Way to go on signing up for a half marathon! I just signed up for the Indy Mini in May. Getting a little nervous about it but excited to have a goal. Good luck!
