Second Time Around
I am a 30 year old fat lady, hoping to be a 30 year old fit lady by the end of 2013. Two years ago I got serious about diet and exercise and in 5 months I lost 30lbs which was an achievement I was very proud of. I am a 30 year old fat lady, hoping to be a 30 year old fit lady by the end of 2013. Two years ago I got serious about diet and exercise and in 5 months I lost 30lbs which was an achievement I was very proud of. Unfortunately I started experiencing pain when exercising and after months of misdiagnoses and physiotherapy I just gave up and went back to my old ways. I'm determined to start over again. It won't be easy and I'll have a close and personal relationship with ibuprofen, but in the end I know I can do this. I've got about 80 to 90lbs to lose to be at my ideal weight so I'm going to take 2013 one week at a time and do my best to eat better, work out more and live a healthier life.

--Eat 1,500 healthy calories per day, cutting down on sugar and eating more greens - Cardio 6 days a week for a minimum of 30 minutes - Strength training 4 days per week
