EAT HEALTHY, GET HEALTHY

I'm a 49 year old looking to change my body.
I have a wonderful husband and children that I love dearly, and I life that I enjoy, but I am tired of being overweight. I would like to hit my goal weight by next year when I turn 50.

I was at a healthy weight in college but gradually put on pounds due to poor food choices. I also put on a lot of weight with each pregnancy, and never bothered to take it back off, so now I have a ways to go to get back to a good weight. I'm willing ...

My Program:
I'm keeping track of my calories with the Spark calculators, and following the Perfect Health Diet guidelines. No wheat and limited other grains, lots of protein, fresh veggies, and fruit. I am going to vinyasa yoga class 5 times a week.

Thank you for checking in with me!!!!! I had a pretty good week. I drank a few too many vodka and cranberries last night. I had a house warming party for friends. It was a blast so absolutely worth it!
