Climbed Mt. Ellinor with my sister & this Amazing Lady!! 90 yrs old & she hikes this every year!! Me & my sis @ the top of Mt. Ellinor

February 2017: 343 lbs/ October 2017 291 lbs.. B4 pix was taken with friends & family for my sisters 50th bday party. Turning to the side & holding my Dooney Hobo purse in front to hide myself!! should of carried a Messenger Bag Big Men's Big & Tall if I wanted adequate coverage! lol I have a lot more to go, but Im pushing for my health every day. May 2017: Goal walk 60 miles... Total miles walked 102.8 miles!!!

July 2017 : Goal walk 75... Total miles walked... 82.5 *Climbed Mt. Ellinor!!!! *Turned around 2 miles frm top, too much snow..

August 2017:Goal walk 100 miles... Total miles walked 86.3!!!

*September 2017:Completed Whole 30 frm Sept 1st thru 30th.. DONE. Pound's Lost 18!!

*September 2017:Hike Mt.Ellinor AGAIN Sept 23rd- DONE!! Made it all the way to the top!!! Exhilarating, Exciting, Exhausting, Dangerous, Ohh so Fun!!! Thrilling knowing I scaled a mountain.. omg.

October 2017: Goal walk 80 miles..Total Miles walked 107!!
Goal: Active in 5% Fall Challenge, Go Awesome A's.. Chk in daily with weekly weigh in post- Done!

    Just stopping by to say I hope you had a great weekend! Our hiking season has officially come to an end. It has been snowing since Tuesday, and it is really cold! Time to get the snowshoes out! I hope you still have a bit of hiking weather left where you are.

    Thank you for stopping by my blog today. It has been a couple weeks & everyday I think of it .All what could have been . I am so happy the Lord spared me I am ready to go but Mom is 88 & needs me.One never knows when our end will be ,that is why the Bible always says to be ready.
    On a lighter know I see where you mentioned Polynesian. My sister in law is from the Philippines she visited me the summer before last and cooked her native dishes for me. I love her foods & cooking. My one friend told me we Americans cook flash in a pan I did not know what that meant ,she told me we blast the heat up and hurry the cooking process up,we don't stir and simmer for hours.She is cajun and can stand for hours stirring her foods and turning them What is the food staple of your country? I love the history and people of other cultures.
