My Program:

*** Time Restricted Eating.. Eating between 10a-6p.. / Daily FASTING: 13-16 hours give or take, min 13hrs /

Walk,Walk, Walk.. 3-4 miles during week. 5-6 mile hikes on weekends.

*I don't count calories. I eat a HFLC diet. (High Fat Low Carb) Also cutting ** Dairy, Bread, Rice, & Sugar**

Eating Cleaner, Ditching the Sugar, and Walking..... That's My Program!

On November 1, 2017 I was chosen to participate in a 14 week study with the Salk Institute. Study being conducted by Dr. Satchin Panda

**Time Restricted Eating. Consuming food within a 12 hour period, in conjunction to our Circadian Rhythm . I shoot between 9-10hrs. I consume my food from 9a-6:30p. I don't count Calories, I try to eat more intuitively. Not having Processed Foods, Dairy, and Sugar makes identifying real hunger queues much easier! *My Experience!

    I can't do it at home. Several reasons. But I am still paying for my fistula surgery that I was rushed into before my Insurance would cover the cost. I can't do another surgery for PD access. Nor do I want to.

    emoticon Happy 28 degree sunshine, Sunshine! It snowed overnight here in NM, woke up to a blanket of white, only about 2 inches, but cold. Work is a Mountain, came back to 700+ emails and everything is due. I'm kinda tripping, trying to figure out how to get everything done by the end of the month. I going blast Hawaiian music, that always makes me laugh and calm the hell down! TRX suspend class tonight at 6pm will help.
