February 2017: 343 lbs/ October 2017 291 lbs.. B4 pix was taken with friends & family for my sisters 50th bday party. Turning to the side & holding my Dooney Hobo purse in front to hide myself!! should of carried a Messenger Bag Big Men's Big & Tall if I wanted adequate coverage! lol I have a lot more to go, but Im pushing for my health every day. Climb Mt. Ellinor- Done!!!! July 22nd 2017... *Got 1/4 of mile to the Top but had to turn around due to snow!!

September 2017:Completed Whole 30 frm Sept 1st thru 30th.. DONE. Pound's Lost 18!!

October 2017 Goal: Active in 5% Fall Challenge, Go Awesome A's.. Chk in daily with weekly weigh in post- Done! *Goal: Reach 5% Weight Loss for Fall Challenge.. Done, 15lbs lost.

*** Time Restricted Eating.. Eating between 9a-6p.. / Daily FASTING: 13-16 hours give or take, min 13hrs /

Walk,Walk, Walk.. 3-4 miles during week. 5-6 mile hikes on weekends.

*I don't count calories. I eat a HFLC diet. (High Fat Low Carb) Also cutting ** Dairy, Bread, Rice, & Sugar**

Eating Cleaner, Ditching the Sugar, and Walking..... That's My Program!

On November 1, 2017 I was chosen to participate in a 14 week study with the Salk Institute. Study being conducted by Dr. Satchin Panda

**Time Restricted Eating. Consuming food within a 12 hour period, in conjunction to our Circadian Clock. I shoot between 9-10hrs. I consume my food from 9a-6:30p. I don't count Calories, I try to eat more intuitively. Not having Processed Foods, Dairy, and Sugar makes identifying real hunger queues much easier! *My Experience!

    Alofa, you are an Invincible Indigo, and I am a Scarlet Dragon! I just saw the team icon on your page! That is a great team. I'm going to ask our leaders if we can throw snowballs at your team or something! We did that with the Emeralds once, and we've done it with the Phoenix team, too.

    I found a garden gnome on my page. Who left that there? LOL! I've sent him on to a bunch of people!

    Keep dodging those treats. They are too sweet and once we start, OMG, bad news! I plan to have a small helping of my sister's dessert at dinner, but otherwise I'll be dodging the sugar. So long as I'm "in the zone" it is easy to pass up the sweets, but once I start eating sugar and flour the carb-fest will begin. Nope. Not this year!

    I hope your week is going well! Mine has been exhausting, but it's just that time of year. Soon school will be done, and I can rest! I have no patience for parties or gatherings of any kind! I just want to curl up with a book, get some exercise, and sleep a lot!
