So, I've managed to lose weight - then, put it all back on starting last fall due to house-hunting, irregular schedules, beginning Grad School, etc etc. You name it. I haven't really had a good regular schedule in almost 6 months. I'd like to reach my "Pre-Florida Weight" of around 136. Then, stay there!! I have definitely noticed my age affecting my metabolism. Not that I'm old (only 29) but, its been way harder to lose weight at 29 than it was at 25.

My Goals:
Lose 15-20lbs

Bench Press 100lbs (a whole set, not just one rep)

Walk during at least one of my breaks every day at work

My Program:
Cardio:
40-50 minutes 2-3x's week
20-30min HIIT 1-2x's week

Lifting:
Alternating Upper Body & Lower Body on non-cardio days. Heavy weights, lower reps

Personal Information:
Currently residing in Tallahassee Florida. Moved here about 2 1/2 years ago from Fort Collins, CO.

I agree... it will help us keep on track!! Though, today was a bust for me because I got CRAP for sleep last night. :P

So what is that 8 week training thing you were talking about today?
