Mother of 3

As the title says I am a mother of 3 who gets little or no exercise. I am hoping to change that to working out at least 3 times a week. Its going to take time of course with my knee problems, but it will happen.

My Goals:
I just want to drop the weight I gained while going through thyroid cancer,which is about 30 pounds.

My Program:
I admit Ive been slacking a bit, but I finally got motivated again. I recently got the WiiFit which has step aerobics(beginner and advanced,I started the advanced on 6/21). I also do some of the workouts on sparkpeople!

Other Information:
I like watching crime/drama shows...I also like reading murder mystery books,watching some sports and baking with my son(my daughter is too young)

Hey Sweetie -
Give it time on the medication problem. Some things we can control and some areas we can't. It'll come and when it does you'll be up and running. In the meantime, focus on practicing the things you have control over. Eating right, drinking plenty of water etc. Then when you get the meds working you'll be 10 steps ahead of the game.
