My Goals:
*Exercise 6 days a week.
*Stay in calorie range.
*Count carbohydrates.
*Drink 8 cups of water.
*Eat well balanced meals.
*Get at least 8 hrs. of sleep.

*LOG, LOG, LOG everything that I eat!

*Lose 5% of my weight by May 1, 2015. I will go from 157 lbs to 149.2 lbs in 3 months.


My Program:
*Consuming 1250-1500 calories a day.

*P90X3!

*Keeping my carb intake at 65 or less per day.

*Completed the C25K program!

*Jogging, Jogging, Jogging.

*Walking alternate days from jogging 3 days a week.

*I have completed 2 rounds of P90X and 2 rounds of Insanity.

Personal Information:
I love a good road trip, stargazing, sewing, a good card or board game, and listening to music. I also enjoy reading. Some of my favorites are "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott, "Pride and Prejudice" (and just about anything else) by Jane Austen, and the "Wheel of Time" Series by Robert Jordan

Glad to hear that you are well and back on track. I feel a bit low today (beginning of lent and trouble at work...). I have been out walking 2 * 20 min and will try and do my #Fit in 15# video later today. I am also supposed to do strength today, but I rather keep up with the Jessica Smith video - perhaps I'm just lazy.

Good on you that you are getting stronger! The hard work pays off.

Hi! Just stopping by to see how you are? Have you recovered from the flu or is it still troubling you? It can take some time.

I have carried on with the walks. Started with 30 min per day, but have been cheating a bit with the strength training..... I do #Fit in 15# with Jessica Smith (online) and feel that those exercises are enough for now. I am sooooo unfit!

Sorry to hear about your migraines. My sister-in-law has them and they're truly debilitating. I hope you get the right meds and they can get them under control. Feel better!
