Well, first off I live in Hooper, Utah. I'm a happy mother of 4 wonderful children; Zakkary who is 21, Kayla who is 18, Jayci 6 and the youngest J.J. who is 4. I'm also married to a very wonderful husband, Jason. I was a stay at home mom for a few years, but have joined the working force again a couple years ago.
I recently discovered that I have a LARGE amount of food allergies. So, in addition to trying to lose weight, I have another challenge of trying to find foods that I can eat!
I not only want to keep up with my kids, but I want to look and FEEL great. My goal is to look good in a bikini once again! I can thank my AWESOME friend for keeping me inspired and I absolutely LOVE her enthusiasm.
We are always making each other go to the gym and it feels great to have that kind of support!
To lose the weight and inches I've been wanting to lose, put on a swimsuit and feel great about myself, and look great in a sweet pair of jeans!!
I joined a ladies only gym back in Febraury of 2009 and absolutely LOVE it! Lady Fitness has been such a blessing to me, the people there have inspired me to be more active and just by seeing other women make a difference is good enough for me!
I regularly go to the gym on nearly a daily basis. I love to do Kick Boxing, Yoga, Pump Fx, and the ocassional Ab's & Buns classes they offer.
I also like to do a 2-2-1 routine on the treadmill which consists of:
2 min. - 15% incline @ 3.0-3.4 mph
2 min. - 0% incline @ 5.0 -6.0 mph
1 min. - 0% incline @ 3.0 - 3.4 mph
I repeat the process 3 more times for a total of 20 minutes. Sometimes I like to go a little longer and so I just speed walk an extra 10 minutes.
One of my favorite quotes to live by:

I really enjoy movies. We have over a thousand dvd's and so we never run dry on what we'd like to watch.
We also love the great outdoors and to go camping whenever we can.

Ok don't forget Kickboxing tomorrow. I will drag you there if I have to, but I am sure I won't lol. I lost another 2 lbs this last week but think I can do better then that this week. What days can you go to the gym this week?

Ok, hey! I just wanted to stop by and say thanks so much for joining the challenge. Be sure to go by the general discussion forum and check out the design of my challenge. It tells you all the details of what you do. If anything is unclear just write me or post a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I make it a point of mine to do so. I started this as motivation for myself because I have done so well with this little program that I created and I thought to myself, "why not let others try it and get results?" So that is what I did. I am down to my last little stretch of weight and I want to go out with a BANG! before I go to maintenance. I hope you enjoy it and remember that you cannot fail this challenge. You can only quit. So if you always jump right back on the horse and never quit, YOU NEVER FAIL! Do your best and again, I am super glad to have you!
