My Goals:
Get fit by my 24th birthday.
Be happy with my body by the time my boyfriend and I go to Florida.
Work on improving my self esteem.
Improve flexibility.
Increase muscle, and strength.


My Program:
1200-1500 calories a day.
Be active for at least an hour a day.
Yoga at least three times a week.

Other Information:
My interests are gaming, drawing, writing, and belly dance. I like rock climbing too (indoors), it's just not something I get to do often.

I'd recommend doing Turkish get-ups with no weight fir a while. Focus on the form. It helps to make a fist and balance a sneaker on there....this make you think about keeping your shoulder tight.
