I'm really doing it!

l I have been fat all of my life. I was a fat child, I weighed in at weight watchers at 250 lb at the young age of 12. Like the rest of you, I've tried just about every diet there is. I could always loose weight for awhile but never maintain it. I lacked attention and stick-to-it-ness. Despite my weight I always seem to live life to the fullest. l I have been fat all of my life. I was a fat child, I weighed in at weight watchers at 250 lb at the young age of 12. Like the rest of you, I've tried just about every diet there is. I could always loose weight for awhile but never maintain it. I lacked attention and stick-to-it-ness. Despite my weight I always seem to live life to the fullest. At 300lb I earned several belts in Tae Kuan Do. I went threw nursing school and met my beloved. My high 424lbs was 4 years ago. Over a few years I lost some weight and Plateaued at 350. I was able to maintain that within 10lbs. I never maintained weight loss that long
before. Early this year I realized the weight was creeping up on me. I lost weight again and got stuck at 350. So 3 months ago I hired a trainer and started Yoga classes at the gym I swam at. Weight training and yoga made all the difference. I'm down to 310 and feel a lot better, have less pain and can breathe better.

My Goals:
My main goals are health and mobility. I can achieve that thru diet and exercise. It would be nice to lose another 120 pounds.

My Program:
I have a personal trainer that is helping me with strength training 2 days a week. I strength train 3 days a week. I mix up my cardio, an arm bike before strength training, sometimes water jogging or swimming after. I also belong to Curves and have a goal to go there
2-3 x's/wk. I als go to a yoga class at least 1x/wk. I know that that is more activities than days of the week. I usually do two activities a day. I like exercise.
