I am 61 year young with a few health problems...I love my garden and flower bed. I have 5 grandchildren.
I love to buy and sell items also...mostly glassware....This is a great pass time and gives me a little spend money..

I would like to get down to a size 12 in a dress again .Also I would like to get off some of the medicine that I am on.

 I have come a long way since I signed on to sparks...I am now drinking my water everyday...Eating less and I am moving more...Lost a little weight...But best of all Thanks to you good Spark Friends I feel better about my life than I have ever done in my life...I can look at people and let them know that I am a good person....

This is North of Huntsville, Alabama This is where the Space and Rocket Center is . We get a lot of people that likes to come visit that.

Yes, I did the diet onced a long time ago..Or that is the way that is seemed to me..then My world came down on my head and that is the truth..I guess food was the only thing that did not turn its back on me..So here I am again.I am nearly at 200 pounds and need to get this weight off..Last time I was on the hcg page and that is all that I had to type in..I went there again because the people was so helpful..I have gone over pounds and inches but I do not understand a lot of it..so that is why I turned to spark page..

As far a the people out there..there is always going to be a few with something bad to say..Let them talk and good luck to them on what they think..

If you will ask your leader to add me I sure would be thankful..I promise I will not give anyone any trouble..I just need help getting this down again..I need this weight off..thanks and forgive me for a long note.

I am not sure which HCG page you are referring to. I am in Round 1 Phase 2 Day 7 of this diet, so I a fairly new, but I wil try and and answer your questions. There are few support groups, but they are private. If you are serious with this diet, I can ask the leaders to add you to the groups (they would be happy to). There are a few users (rumored to be the same person) that will go around posing negative comments, so please dont get discouraged.

I have plenty of tips, but I am not sure where to start. Have you done this diet before?
