It's Time!

Hi! My name is Mandy. I have a wonderful husband and 2 boys. I'm a stay at home mom and I play tennis about 4 to 5 days a week. I'm very active with running my boys to their travel ball and little league baseball practices and games. I can't remember the last time we had a weekend to just lounge around the house.

My Goals:
My goal is to have healthy skin and complexion. More energy and lower cholesterol....and shrink to a healthy size for me :)

My Program:
1.) Eat at least 6 fruits and veggies a day.
2.) Consume at least 8 glasses of water a day.
3.) Walk 60 minutes daily on top of tennis
4.) Complete daily task list to stay organized and prevent out of control feelings
5.) Stay positive and surround myself with positive energy!

Sharing smiles is a very good thing!

I have found myself getting all competitive in races...I know that's what a race is right? but it's supposed to be self competition...improving against my own performance not keeping up with the jackrabbits....and since I'm not a kid, I can't keep that up for long. LOL But any time I feel myself doing pretty well in comparison, I feel so good about myself. I can still vividly recall the first time I tried to run...I thought I was going to die...and it lasted only about 5 minutes and it was not even half as fast as that TM fast interval. 5 years down and I'm actually Almost...a jackrabbit! LOL
