It's Time!

Hi! My name is Mandy. I have a wonderful husband and 2 boys. I'm a stay at home mom and I play tennis about 4 to 5 days a week. I'm very active with running my boys to their travel ball and little league baseball practices and games. I can't remember the last time we had a weekend to just lounge around the house.

My Goals:
My goal is to have healthy skin and complexion. More energy and lower cholesterol....and shrink to a healthy size for me :)

My Program:
1.) Eat at least 6 fruits and veggies a day.
2.) Consume at least 8 glasses of water a day.
3.) Walk 60 minutes daily on top of tennis
4.) Complete daily task list to stay organized and prevent out of control feelings
5.) Stay positive and surround myself with positive energy!

Good to see you back!! Just take it slow and easy and you will be amazed at how quickly you will progress and improve. The 8 minute runs for me on W5D2 were actually enjoyable. The first interval was almost enjoyable. I am not sure about the 20 minutes coming up Friday, but I will just take it one step at a time.

How did that calf do for you? If it still hurts, maybe just stick to walking the 30 minutes so that you aren't doomed to start at square one again. Hope it is going good. :)

Lost my phone, I should say misplaced my phone, I know its somewhere in my moms house. I really think the dog had something to do with it. Anyway im using this other phone (919)338-6115

My mom is still in the hospital, hopefully ill be able to bring her home soon!

This setback is only temporary... I am working out, not as often as I would like but im not quitting emoticon
