It's Time!
Hi! My name is Mandy. I have a wonderful husband and 2 boys. I'm a stay at home mom and I play tennis about 4 to 5 days a week. I'm very active with running my boys to their travel ball and little league baseball practices and games. I can't remember the last time we had a weekend to just lounge around the house. My Goals:
My goal is a 1 day at a time goal. Each day I want to eat the proper proportion of Carbs, Fat, Protein and Fiber....I meet my goal when I go to sleep each night and start again the next day :)
My Program:
Tracking all of my food. Preparing meals in advance. Finally, eating every 3-4 hours to prevent hunger from getting the best of me.
