    I'm sorry you are feeling overwhelmed. I was too at first. My first couple of weeks after diagnosis of cancer were a blur of appointments with little info. I ventualy learned my markers were 200% above normal levels.

    But I too have been more fatigued lately. I will fall aslerp in the middle of watching tv and wake up groggy an hour or two later. It can be frustrating. It doesn't happen all the time but I find when it does that it's maybe a couple of days then I feel stronger again. It's going to be your body's way of dealing with what is essentially unknown chemicals from chemo.

    Rest when your body needs it but do your best to at least walk when you do feel awake so that you help retain strength. It's been a tough lesson for me as I've always been so independent. I do some exercises or chores then rest. I do this several times a day. It's taken me about 6 weeks to get back to the point where I can feel stronger again. I lost a lot of strength after my hospital stay and dealing with fluid retention. My body is finally starting to function normally again.

    It'll be a battle but stay strong and always believe you will beat it. Attitude is a key component. On my worst days I repeat 'I am strong. I smile healthy. I am loved by God.'

    If you ever need to vent or want info, just let me know. I do a lot of research on my own and have found things to help me deal with various symtomd. For example, if you experience mouth sores, the next time you have chemo, ask for ice chips. Chewing on them the first 30 minutes of starting the chemo drug helps keep the chemo from killing cells in your mouth.
