Experiencing Success Through Sharing

Trying to make this a lifestyle instead of a diet. My goal is to lose 40 lbs in a year. I figure if I am in a defecit of 200 calories a day (over a week), and burn 1500 calories a week, that I should be able to reach that goal. Really, that isn't too much work or too much sacrifice, and it is a lot kinder than some of the things I have done in the past. This time it is All The Way!!

My Goals:
Well, Dr. Oz says that we should have a waist measurement of 32.5 inches or less, so that is my goal. I am going to let my scale go (scary). My current waist measurement is 37 (Oh My Dog!!)

My Program:
Eat 1800 or calories or less a day.

At least three exercise sessions a week burning 500 calories each time.
