My worst was 225.

As for the reasons WHY? Diabetes runs in my family, as does heart disease. My father died just shy of 62 because he's been such a classic example of what never to do with your health.

A more day-to-day frustration is finding flattering clothing - everything I like is made for smaller women.

Worse, I put on most of this weight during my last year of college - one of the worst periods in my life. I hardly need or want the reminder! ...

Good to see your progress. Keep up the exercise, even if it's only a few minutes a day. The key is to make the transformation gradually so you don't get too overwhelmed with a big goal. I used to just watch my husband run road races. Now, I run marathons with him too! What a great way to renew a relationship and keep healthy!
