Here we go again....2013

My name is Reagan and I am determined to rededicate myself to weighloss and healthy living. I started this journey in May 2009. At that time I joined Sparkpeople and lost a total of 70lb. That brought my weight down to 255. I have gained 26 pounds back. And that puts me at 281.

I work out 3-5 times a week for at least 40 minutes. It can be a struggle sometime. This is a lifetime commitment.

Personal Information:
I am a 33 year old, married, mother of two. I currently reside in the wonderful city of Memphis. Since joining the gym I must be the first to admit the I really enjoy going. It has played a vital role in my weight loss.

I'm reading the BECK DIET SOLUTION, which isn't a "diet" but how to THINK like a THIN person. Dr. Beck teaches how to answer back to those sabotaging thoughts that cause us to stray from our goals. I got a copy at the library. We have a BECK Team here at Sparks for support. emoticon
