Back on track!!!

Hi, welcome to my page. I am a 30 year old single mom of two girls ages 2 and 3. I have struggled with my weight on and off my whole life. There were a few years prior to having kids that I was thin, but gained a lot with my 1st pregnancy. Then even more with the second and a bad relationship. But, now I am free and happy and finally succeeding once again in my fight against fat. My main goal is to be healthy, so that I can enjoy my daughters.

4/27/09 Update I was doing really well for a while, but I decided to quit smoking on 2/15/09. Although I am glad I am not smoking I did put back on about 8-10lbs. So frustrating, but better than smoking, it's funny it actually toook me 2 months of slowly watching the scale increase to figure out why I was gaining weight. One day I realized that during the normal times for my cigarettes I was now snacking, and even thoguh it was low cal and healthy it was still too much. So here I am trying to break my snacking habits and not replace them with cigarettes. But if I can lose 70lbs I can do this also. I will not start smoking again and I will get my healtthy eating and weight loss back on track.
