Hey Allison~ We should definitely be workout buddies with the P90X. I finished my first workout this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Although I couldn't keep up and do all the reps, but that's typical starting out. I'm doing the lean program. It took me a few days to read through the books and get my pantry prepared to kick-off my program - I could hardly wait to get started! Are you taking extra supps or protein bars/shakes?
Look forward to sharing the P90X challenge with you :)
