I don't think I have ever been this swe aty after a work out! After Hip Hop Abs Cardio Groove on a 90 degree day. I don't know if I burnt more calories for sweating or actually working out! lol

Starting Fresh.
I started my journey here on SP in January 2010. Since then I have lost over 90 lbs. I have fallen off the wagon a bit and am trying to get back into my groove so I have started over. I hope to reach my new goal of 125 by January 1st and regain my healthy lifestyle that I was living!

My Goals:
My Starting Weight was 239 lbs. My Orignial Goal Weight was 150lbs. I was doing so well with the Orignal Goal I decided to make my New Goal 140lbs!! Whoo! Let's Make It Happen!!
My Program:
I am currently working out 5-6 days a week burngin 1500 calories a week. (Or close to) I am trying to loose the last 14lbs by my birthday July 15th. I try not to take in more than 1300 calories a day. To workout I use Jillian Michales Ripped in 30, No More Trouble Zones and lately I have added in all of the the Hip Hop Abs DVD's!

l was born in Pomona, CA. I grew up in Cedar City, UT. I currently live in Middleburg Hts, OH.
