Skinny Me
I want to be skinny again. My youngest child just turned 2 and I still have 20 pounds of baby weight, and would like to take off 10 more than that. 30 pounds by the summer. I am a full time mom and part time student, with very little time. I've relied on easy, fast meals when I have 5 mins to scarf something down. Not the healthiest options! Today I commit to taking time for healthy living. Why is that always so hard?

My goals are to get back into running shape again. And of course lose a few pounds along the way!
My Program:
Maintaining a healthy calorie intake, exercising at least 3-5 days a week. Building up a running foundation again.

I love to read! I love to take walks with my kids! And I love to shop!
