Living the good life
I am 50 plus and planning to stay active and healthy for a long time. I am setting some important health goals; to lower cholestral, choose healthy foods, and stay physically active and fit. I will work on maintaining these goals because I want to be able to walk my dog on the beach when I am 90! I have three precious grandbabies I plan to spend a long time playing with. I enjoy the variety of activity my work offers me, and there are plenty of physical demands that keep me moving.

My Program:
KEEP ACTIVE; walk the beach or ride the bike as often as I can- like 3 times a week EAT RIGHT; prepare in advance, cook healthy meals, choose low fat, low carb, high fiber foods.
Personal Information:
I grew up in Utah and at 50, I moved to Florida to live on the beach with my Beloved. I am self employed and have a job I love (most of the time), and keep very busy.
Other Information:
