I joined Spark several years ago and now have a pretty healthy diet. Last year I worked hard on adding more fruits and veggies to my daily diet to pretty good results.

I joined Spark several years ago and now have a pretty healthy diet. Last year I worked hard on adding more fruits and veggies to my daily diet to pretty good results.
My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 30 pounds before my sister's wedding in November 2013 To that end, I have modified my ticker to show the weight loss in 5 pound increments.
My Program:
I have decided that insufficient daily exercise is keeping me from achieving the results I want.
My 2013 New Years resolution is to meet or exceed Spark's weekly fitness goal every week through the end of the year.
How am I going to do this? In addition to the kettlebell and Pilates workouts I do for 20-25 minutes at a shot a few times a week, I will be incorporating a daily walk or run on my new treadmill.
