New York Law Student needs exercise

Returning to school after 20 years to get a J.D while also working part time. Goal is to lose the 15 lbs I gained over the last 18 months and start exercising again. Then my goal is to lose another 20 lbs to be at my college weight again to manage my cholesterol level.

My Goals:
First goal is to lose the weight I've gained over the last 18 months (15 lbs!) This means better eating habits and exercise. Then I want to lose the 20 lbs that have crept up on me since I graduated from college. High cholesterol runs in my family so not only do I want to look and feel better, I want to improve my health too!

My Program:
I'm a WW lifer for 25 years but I don't have the time to devote to meetings. SP seems more oriented to my crazy schedule. I don't have a 'program' except to eat less and exercise more and to see how SP works for me. Any input is greatly appreciated as the website is so full of things I don't know where to turn first.

Personal Information:
I live in NYC. I am recently single. I have one cat named spot. I live in an apartment. I own a Wii and live across from a park that I should use more.
