I'm a 28 yr old Stay at home mom to one wonderful 7yr old boy, wife to one wonderful dude! Trying to get fit and healthy! I have lost 22lbs since March 2011 and have about 20 more to go! **update March 24th 2012, still working on getting out of the 140's Im 2-3 lbs away. It is so frustrating!!! I'm going to zumba 3-4 times a week ST on alternate days, going for walks I don't know what else to do I hope it happens soon.... *update May 11th seeing 139-140 on the scale, feeling awesome!! *update June 26 138-139 on the scale....need to hit the gym more often I have been totally slacking on gym time, surprised I haven't gained weight. **update August 4th yikes August??? Started going to zumba again, still 138-139... *update Sept.8 yikes where has the yr gone??? 135.4lbs, still have to get back into a regular gym/workout routine... *update October 23 Stuck @137 back into zumba routine! Gym membership paid off !! NO excuses! *update March 6th 2013 Yikes this year is flying by!!! @135...slow and steady wins the race I guess... *update May 21 2013 136-137 scale not moving buy feeling great!

My Program:
Eat 1200 cal per day. Work out 3-4 times a week. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day :)
