Hey There...good video blog :) I am not sure about videos and Spark sometimes...some of mine take FOREVER to load...some say they load and NEVER do..and some days..its easy as pie...Hmm...pie...cherry pie...with a dab of whipped cream on the side...ok. totally started daydreaming...but anywoo...happy for the add...and feel free to stop by anytime...my page is always open :) Keep up with the hard work...stay positive...and have a GREAT and safe weekend!

Thanks for the friend add & the sweet comment on my page! I'm so glad that I could inspire you & motivate you to keep working hard towards your goals! Wow what a great thing to hear! You made me SMILE this morning! :) I'm jealous you got to go to Italy, my husband and I would love to go there some day!! CONGRATS on all of the weight you've lost already! One thing that worked for me was to look at the small goals vs the overall picture. Once your closer to goal it IS a lot harder to lose than it was when you had 40lbs to lose. Try lengthening your workouts by just 10-15min. That usually did the trick for me! Look forward to getting to know you better. Happy Thursday!! :)
