Hey there! You have a great smile :D
Once I was committed to losing the weight it came off really fast.... BUT (Big but!) some pesky pounds sneak back on now and again. We can't ever get too comfortable can we? ;D

My motivation was that I was tired of looking the way I did and wasting time worrying if I looked fat. I realized I was the one holding myself back! Now, I have to give myself new goals and rewards periodically so that I keep myself motivated.

You can do this. You've set yourself some great goals and your results are right around the corner!
