    Yep, that's it! Macronutrients are protein, carbs, and fat. I don't prepare many recipes and keep my food really simple because it's just easier. I have used sparkrecipes.com to calculate recipes in the past to figure out the nutritional info. It's just a little time consuming at first, but once you get the recipes in there and saved it is helpful. Then those recipes will show up so you can track them like other foods.

    Thanks for commenting on my blog! I know what you mean about the heat. Today I will be running in the afternoon when it's like a hundred degress out, but I want to go with my husband and that's the price I will have to pay HAHAHA. Some days we can go early morning which is way easier than after 3pm in the heat and humidity.
