I've been kind of stuck lately & been feeling like I need more structure so I'm joining WeightWatchers tomorrow. I'm not sure how long I'll do it but I figured talking about weight loss for 45 minutes every week (with people who are doing losing too) should help a little. If not, what's the harm? Plus, the accountability is great - stepping on a scale every week should be a motivator as well! I did go to Curves a couple times but the crowd that was there during the time I would go wasn't really a crowd I could relate to. I'm still debating about keeping it up but I might try out a different gym instead. We'll see :)
